Growing the team should be quick and safe. Invitations add people with a chosen role, and only the person with the invited email can accept.
What it does
An owner or admin creates an invitation with an email and a role not higher than their own. The invitation link is shown once and can be sent by email; the token is stored only as a hash. The invited person signs in or signs up with the same email and accepts.
The admin sees the status of each invitation: pending, accepted, expired or revoked. Expired, revoked and used links all look the same from outside, so the link reveals nothing.
Why it helps
- Onboard new teammates in minutes.
- No shared logins — everyone has a personal account.
- Clear overview of pending invitations.
How to set it up
- Open Team → invite.
- Enter the email and role, confirm with the second factor.
- Send the link (or let the service email it).
- Assign the new member to clients after they join.
Good to know
- You cannot invite someone who is already a member.
- Revoke a pending invitation at any time.
